Driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities; setting up and attending meetings
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
Promote the company’s new products/services addressing and predicting clients’ objectives
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Overseeing the development of marketing literature including proposals
Drafting and reviewing contracts
Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Market knowledge(Health Sector)
Stakeholder management skills

Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
B.Sc/B.A in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
